Colleague Ambassadors Across Our Trust
A colleague ambassador is an internal advocate of our People Strategy. Ambassadors are passionate about the employee experience and truly believe that, to help our Trust to develop we need to gain feedback from employees.
What does that actually mean though?
It means that we are gathering colleagues from across our academies to work together to share feedback on current processes, practices and policies within our Trust. The range of topics will be vast and include wellbeing, work-life balance, development and much more. Our ambassadors will be confident and passionate about sharing ideas and being the key link between the wider Trust and their academy.
Our first meeting is on the 14th of March at Newsome Academy
What will we be working on?
In the first meeting we’ll be addressing the areas highlighted with the lowest scores across our Trust, following our Cultural Survey with The Happiness Index.
