Successful first Colleague Ambassador meeting at Newsome Academy
We are delighted to introduce the first Colleague Ambassador Group at Impact Education, where we will meet throughout the year to bring ideas, questions, feedback and initiatives from our academies.
We had our first meeting at Newsome Academy on the 14th of March and we have developed several action plans to support development in the areas of:
Acknowledgement – Including being listened to/valued and sharing opinions.
Safety at Work – Including Work-Life Balance, Wellbeing, and Trusting the Organisation.
Opportunities and Progression – Including Personal Growth.
More details about our action plans have been shared with our ambassadors who will meet again before summer to check progress and set further goals and action plans for the new academic year.
We’re encouraging our colleagues across the entire trust to speak with our ambassadors to ask about the work we are doing and tell us about the things they would like us to focus on. Our ambassadors are here to ensure that all of our voices are heard and that ideas, suggestions and feedback is collected and fed into our People Strategy at Impact Education MAT.
